We make every effort to accurately describe and photograph our products. Because our products are handcrafted, slight variations in appearance, color, size, and texture are normal and do not affect quality.

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors or cancel orders placed at an incorrect price.

Payment is required at the time an order is placed. We accept the payment methods displayed during checkout.

We take great care in packaging every order to ensure it arrives fresh and in excellent condition.

• Orders are typically shipped on Tuesdays and Wednesdays Only.
• We ship using UPS.
• Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
• Once a package has been accepted by the carrier, delivery times and handling are outside our control.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier delays, incorrect shipping addresses, or other events beyond our control.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the packaging and damaged product so we can assist you.

Due to the perishable nature of our baked goods, we cannot accept returns.

If your order is incorrect, damaged during shipping, or arrives in an unusable condition, please contact us promptly. We will review each situation individually and, when appropriate, provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Our products may contain or come into contact with:

While we follow strict food safety practices, we cannot guarantee that any product is free from allergens due to shared equipment and production areas.

Customers with food allergies should use their own discretion before consuming our products.

Customers are responsible for:

• Providing accurate billing and shipping information.
• Monitoring tracking information after shipment.
• Bringing refrigerated or frozen products inside promptly after delivery when applicable.

We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Orders may be canceled before production begins. Once an order has entered production or has shipped, it cannot be canceled.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Our Daily Bread Bakery shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the purchase or use of our products or from delays caused by third-party shipping carriers.

Our total liability shall never exceed the purchase price of the products ordered.
